Opening Hours

We are open from 7.30am and close at 6.00pm this includes holiday club.  Failure to collect your child by 6.00pm will incur a late charge of £5.00 per 5 minutes.  Please inform us if you are running late.

4.30PM Collection

Your child must be collected by 4.30pm or the higher rate of £13 will be charged.

Cancellations

During term time one weeks’ notice of termination or of changes in attendance must be given.  Requests for changes to days should be made to the manager and will be considered in special circumstances.

Holiday Club

Holiday club places must be pre-booked regardless of your child being a permanent booking.  Holiday places CANNOT be cancelled but changes may be made (like for like) where possible.

Illness: If your child is ill you will be charged 50% of the fee providing you inform us.

Food

Breakfast is provided every morning and a healthy snack is served in the afternoon.  Juice and water are available.  A packed lunch must be provided for holiday club.

Payment

A yearly registration fee of £12 is applicable (£7 for siblings).

Payment must be made weekly preferably upfront when booking online, using a card payment or bank transfer or childcare vouchers, cash and card payments are also taken in club. (Bee Kids Ltd, 60-83-71/54713866).

If you wish to pay monthly an arrangement must be made with the Manager.

Failure to pay on time will incur a 10% late charge and jeopardise you child's place.

After school activities

You must inform us if your child is attending an after school activity run by the school.

​

Parking

You cannot drop off in the school carpark in the morning, you must please park outside of the school grounds.  In the evening you may use the school carpark after 4.15pm.  You may park in the school carpark during school holidays but please note the gates will automatically close 8.30 am - 9.00am and 2.45pm - 2.45pm. We cannot reopen them at this time.   

Children under Yr4 should be brought into club and not left to walk in by themselves.

Mobile Phones

Bee Kids is a mobile free zone, this applies to parents and children.  If your child brings a mobile device to Bee Kids they will required to place it on the Managers desk.
